To date, Taika has made more than fifty woodblock prints of flowers. Two examples of each of five of his favourite flower subjects are shown in this gallery. Click on a picture to enlarge it. The flowers are usually shown close-up in the foreground and a series of lines or abstract shapes are added to the background to suggest movement and energize the picture.
